Andreas is a graduated water and sanitary engineer with more than 10 years of experience in various aspects of water supply, sanitation and infrastructure projects. During the last few years he specialised in Non-Revenue Water assessment and the development of rehabilitation and investment programmes and worked for various international funding agencies and consulting companies.

Andreas has particular experience related to the problems in Ex-Yugoslavian countries and Central Asia, where he has gathered most of his international experience (his big advantage: he is fluent in Croatian/Bosnian/Serbian and speaks some Russian too). More recently he worked on a number of projects in South Asia.
